SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Amver products contain fragile phytoactives that can be degraded or destroyed by high temperatures. It is important to get your package inside a contolled-climate as soon as it arrives.
During hot weather months, packages may include a cool-pack to maintain product freshness. If you are concerned about transit time or weather conditions in your area, please contact hello@amverskin.com for an express shipping arrangement.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are filled each week Monday-Wednesday until 3pm MST. If your order is placed at 5pm on Wednesday, it will not be filled until the following Monday. When an order has been filled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
During major holidays, order fulfillment may be paused. If fulfillment is paused, there will be a message on the website indicating when orders will be filled again.

Average shipping transit times from Colorado:
2 Days - partial West Coast, east Texas, Midwest
3 Days - partial West Coast, NJ
4 Days - NY, FL
3-7 Days - HI, AK
SHIPPING CARRIER / PRIVACY
Amver reserves the right to choose the best shipping carrier for your delivery. Generally FedEx Home Delivery service is used for residences. Carriers require a customer phone number for the delivery address. When you provide an address and phone number for an order to be shipped, the address and phone number are exclusively used to create a shipping label for the AMVER order.
SHIPPING COST
Orders above $95.00 (before tax) ship at no additional cost.
Orders below $95.00 (before tax) are charged a shipping fee based on the carrier’s cost to deliver.
This cost ranges from $15-$23.00 based on how far the package must travel and its weight. The cost range provided is a courtesy and not binding. Actual shipping cost is determined via calculated rate during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Customers will find an order’s tracking information in a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is also found by visiting the My Orders page at Amverskin.com.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
AMVER products are not shipped outside of the United States of America. If you urgently need an order shipped to an international location, please contact AMVER customer service hello@amverskin.com.
Unfortunately most carriers will not deliver to a PO Box, so AMVER is unable to send orders for PO Box delivery.
RETURN POLICY
All AMVER skincare products are perishable and may be damaged during transit. For this reason, Amber Grove Ltd. / AMVER is unable to accept returned skincare products. Be aware, all product purchases are FINAL sale.
All pre-orders are final sale and no refunds, order cancellations or store credit is offered for delays in pre-order ship dates.
Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise:
In the event delivered skincare merchandise is incorrect or damaged, email AMVER customer service immediately: hello@amverskin.com.
Include an order number, a photo of the damage or items received, and a photo of the shipping box.
Without this information, AMVER cannot honor a request for replacement products or refunds.
The customer must submit a request within 12 days of receiving the package(s). Requests submitted more than 12 days after delivery, will not be honored. A refund or product exchange may be offered based on AMVER discretion.
In the case of a refund, a refund will be issued to the same method of payment used to make the purchase.
